Sixty years ago in 1961, the Edox Delfin set the benchmark for water resistant watches. With its innova- tive double O-ring system and reinforced case back, the Delfin was known as the Water Champion of the watch industry, a timepiece tough enough to run like clockwork at crushing depths of 200m.
60 years later, the new Edox Delfin Mecano 60th Anniversary Limited Edition is still a special watch and has the same technical advantages as the original edition. A watch that embodies watchmaking history and is therefore unique. The distinctive shape of the bezel was first used by Edox in 1973. Each side of the bezel represents an hour and thus a half-day. The unique design of the dial reflects a rotor. The rotor serves as a synonym for steady, constant movement and is thus in harmony with the precise mechanical movement, which will continue to provide reliable service for many years to come.
